Our approach is to customize, facilitate and document produce a comprehensive strategic planning document. This can be translated into an easy 1-page Strategic Map to communicate to stakeholders.

This is the execution or implementation phase. Unless there's implementation, strategic planning is a waste of time. How do we get staff - top to bottom to perform? Breaking down annual objectives into months, weeks and days may be key. Good management and monitoring of strategic achievements and progress are key. evaluate

The last phase in the cycle is the evaluation phase. All strategies, projects, and tasks must be evaluated, reported and scored. The feedback, observation and remedial actions loop are important to stay on track or make urgent changes. This may be subject to changing external and internal factors and may require a change of path.
