Make 2011 Great!

Let’s be honest. The last three years have been challenging for most entrepreneurs and businesses. Some were wise, prepared, strategised and outdid the market gloom and doom. Many businesses had to close doors. Most however simply rode the wave and hung on.

What does 2011 have in store for you?

Much depends on our paradigms, beliefs and attitudes. I would like to suggestion three things that all entrepreneurs and businesses need to do:

1. Revisit your strategic plan. What’s your mission, vision, values, macro and micro environment, long term and short term goals, and those important strategies that must be executed.

2. Choose your right mindset. Are you motivated, positive, solution minded and feeling good? This is contagious. If you are inspiring others, you will have a fan base.

3. Read and Learn. Your competitive advantage will be your education and learning in action. “Readers are leaders”, “If you want to earn more, you got to learn more”.
