Supervisory Empowerment Programme II

SEP II is a highly successful programme is a skills programme for any individual who is, or wishes to be involved, in a supervisory or management environment.  The programme combines principles of our highly successful SEP with Supervisory Skills – an accredited short skills programme with the Services Seta. The focus of this qualification has been designed to enable learners to be competent in a range of management skills.

Based on our interaction with some of our clients, who have 1 or 2 delegates in their company (and not a full in-house group), we have decided to run the programme as a public workshop in February 2012 at Durban. Please take a look at the course details and specifics.
