Professional Speaker – Anil Salick

Are you looking for a speaker at your next company conference?

Perhaps to add to your seminar, workshop or as part of your company in-house ‘continuous development’, ‘employee wellness’ programmes or strategic intent?

Why Speaking?

Successful companies are made up of successful teams which are made up of successful performers.

You may have created a compelling vision and strategy for your team; established roles, responsibilities and targets; put measures and controls in place, and yet lack the minds and hearts of your people.

People are inspired to perform when we connect the two furthest points from each other: the head and the heart. We have to appeal to internal drivers: needs, wants and personal ambition, and show staff that we as organisation value them and care to help them realise their better or highest selves.

“The right person for the job does not need to be tightly managed or motivated. They need to be self motivated and driven.” (paraphrased: Jim Collins)

Why Anil Salick

My Ethos: “I am principle centred. Values and honour matter. I understand my capability and my limitations. Key to delighting you as the customer is understanding your requirements. I may be the right person – or not. If I am not, I shall recommend someone suitable. I use my talents and skills to create something special. I speak, using both a right and left brained approach – passionate, colourful and thoughtful. I ask myself ‘why?’, ‘so what?’ and ‘how am I adding value?’. I grew up with a speech impediment, which I successfully manage through belief, choice, practice and confidence. I believe that we all can excel and deal with our blockages”
